تجميع الشعر

يتم اختيار الشعر لباروكات دهشة الطبيعية بعناية ودقّة متناهية من مصادر موثوقة 100% . ويفرز حسب الطول واللون والنوعية لضمان تقديم منتج بأعلى جودة.

الغسيل والتعقيم

قبل البدء في مرحلة التصنيع يخضع الشعر الطبيعي لعملية تنظيف باستخدام شامبوهات خاصة خالية من الكبريتات والسيليكون وتعقيم دقيق وفق أعلى معايير الجودة العالمية وذلك لضمان ازالة أي شوائب دون التأثير على بصيلات الشعر.

التجفيف والفرز

تجفف الخصل في بيئة معقمة بدرجة حرارة دقيقة للحفاظ على لمعانها الطبيعي ثم تخضع لفحص بصري ويدوي قبل مرحلة الخياطة.

بعد التجفيف يمشط الشعر ويفصل حسب درجة النعومة واللون لضمان الخفة على الرأس مع توفير فتحات تهوية دقيقة.

الخياطة والتركيب

تخاط فروة الباروكة (دانتيل / حرير) بعناية ودقة متناهية لضمان الخفة على الرأس.

في دهشة .. كل خصلة شعر تزرع يدويا خصلة بخصلة على الشبك مما يمنحها المظهر الطبيعي المميز من الجذور.

الفحص وضيط الجودة

بعد التركيب , يتم قص الشعر ويصفف حسب التصميم المطلوب.

يتم فحص كل باروكة على حدى بشكل يدوي للتأكد من ثبات الخصل .. تناسق اللون .. جودة الشبك والتثبيت الداخلي
